Plastics
Plastic parts run from a single-material shot to a bonded, multi-material assembly, all on the same floor as the tooling that makes them.
Metal
Metal parts are cut, stamped, cast, or cut from tube stock — then, where a program needs it, finished on the same line as the plastic side.
Finishing
A part leaves molding, machining, or casting looking like raw material. Finishing is what makes it look like a finished product a brand will put its name on.
Soft goods and build
Sewn components, full assembly, and retail-ready packing all happen in-house — a product doesn't leave for a second building to become finished goods.
Engineering
Mold and tooling design happen in-house, and DFM review runs before a customer's design ever reaches a production line.
Quality and certification
The ZEISS CMM lab that proves a part holds tolerance is the same lab that runs UV exposure and water ingress testing — and it's staffed to support a customer's own certification requirements, not just ours.
The electronics boundary
Fudakin does not assemble PCBs in-house. What we do is help a customer get their electronics designed and working — connecting them with a qualified electronics partner where needed — and then integrate the finished board into the physical product: housing, wiring routing, assembly, and finish, on our floor. Said plainly: it's a boundary, not a gap.

Does Fudakin really run all of this under one roof?
Yes. The metal, finishing, soft goods, engineering, and quality processes on this page run on our own Shenzhen floor — 200,000 square meters, 300+ employees. Our Thailand facility adds injection molding, warehousing, and assembly. That's the whole point of the list: a buyer can check it against equipment we actually own.
Does Fudakin design and assemble electronics?
No — that's a boundary, not a gap. Fudakin does not assemble PCBs in-house. What we do is help a customer get their electronics designed and working with a qualified partner, then integrate the finished board into the physical product: housing, assembly, and finish, all on our floor.
What if the process I need isn't on this list?
Tell us the part and spec. We publish only what's confirmed and running today — if something isn't listed, it isn't a process we're claiming, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's already on our floor or whether we'd bring in a qualified partner.
