Fudakin is a full-stack contract manufacturer, growing across three decades from a single site into operations in Shenzhen and a growing base in Thailand, serving OEM/ODM customers around the world. The same family that founded the company in 1996 runs it today.
Capabilities
Fudakin's full-stack capability was built one step at a time: CNC machining came first, then mold making, injection molding, assembly, and painting and finishing — each added as customers needed more from a single production partner. That growth built a tier-one and tier-two contract manufacturer, producing at full scale for brands including Bell, Kodak, and Burton Snowboards, on parts made from complex, engineered materials.
Today that breadth spans multi-axis CNC turning and milling, in-house mold making, multi-ton injection molding presses, metal stamping and die casting, laser tube cutting, painting, and pad printing — see the full stamping, die casting, and precision processes lineup. Quality control
Every program starts with a design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review before a single mold or fixture is cut, so tolerances, draft angles, and material choices are caught on paper instead of in a failed production run. Incoming materials, in-process checks during CNC and molding runs, and final inspection before packing are standard on every order — not a premium add-on. Precision measurement on equipment like our Zeiss Spectrum CMM quality lab backs up that process with hard numbers, not just visual inspection, on parts that carry tight tolerances.

Facility
Fudakin runs a full-stack manufacturing operation spanning 200,000 square meters, equipped with fleets of CNC machines, injection molding presses, and in-house tooling. Fudakin is Burton Snowboards' supplier for bindings, built with that same tooling and machine floor.
Shenzhen and Thailand
Shenzhen remains Fudakin's core machine floor. A growing Thailand manufacturing operation adds a genuine "China plus one" option for North America-owned brands — the same quality standard, backed by fulfillment partners in North America, Europe, and Asia so finished product lands close to your customer.
