Metal & Finishing
CNC machining and injection molding are where Fudakin's story started, but they're not the whole floor. Metal stamping, die casting, laser tube cutting, painting, plating, and marking all run across our Shenzhen production floor — each process with its own dedicated page below.

Fudakin runs CNC machining and injection molding as core capabilities, and a real product is rarely built from a single process. A bracket might be stamped, a housing die-cast, a frame laser-cut from tube stock, and the whole assembly painted, plated, and marked with a brand's logo before it ships. On our Shenzhen floor, staffed by roughly 300 employees, that full chain of processes runs under one roof — so a buyer isn't stitching together five vendors to finish one product. Our Thailand facility then adds injection molding, warehousing, and assembly for programs that need a second production base.
Each process below has its own page with materials, tolerances, and where it shows up in production.
The processes
- Metal stamping →
Stamped metal cut and formed through a die set — brackets, mounting plates, springs, clips, and panels. - Die casting →
Molten aluminum or zinc alloy pressure-injected into a steel mold — the metal equivalent of injection molding. - Laser tube cutting →
Holes, slots, and end geometry cut directly into round, square, or rectangular tube stock. - Painting and coating →
Multi-stage cosmetic finishing that turns a raw molded, machined, stamped, or cast part into a brand's finished product. - Anodizing and plating →
Electrochemical finishes for corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and color on metal parts. - Powder coating →
A durable, electrostatically applied dry finish for parts that need a tougher coat than wet paint. - Printing and marking →
Pad printing, screen printing, and laser marking — how branding and part identification land permanently on a finished surface.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Fudakin a metal stamping and finishing manufacturer, or only CNC and molding?
All of it. CNC machining and injection molding are our best-known capabilities, but our full-stack floor also runs metal stamping, die casting, laser tube cutting, and the finishing processes below — so a product with mixed metal and plastic parts doesn't need a second vendor for the metal side.
Do these processes run on the same floor as CNC machining and molding?
Yes. Metal stamping, die casting, laser tube cutting, and every finishing process on this page run on our Shenzhen production floor, alongside CNC machining and injection molding — so a part can move from raw stock to a finished, branded component without leaving the building.
Do these processes fit into a full OEM/ODM program, or are they standalone?
They fit into the same full-stack program as everything else we do — a product that needs a stamped bracket, a die-cast housing, a laser-cut tube frame, and a painted, marked finish can have all of it made and assembled under one roof, with one point of contact.
