As an OEM partner, we manufacture your product exactly to your design and specification — you own the design, we own flawless execution. As an ODM partner, we go further, contributing engineering and design input alongside production, for customers who want a partner in the room during development, not just at the production line.
Most of our long-standing relationships blend both, shifting between OEM and ODM as a product moves from first concept through scaled production. That flexibility comes from having every capability — CNC machining, mold making, injection molding, assembly, and painting — under one roof in Shenzhen, run by the same family that founded the company in 1996.

There's no middleman between you and the machines. Fudakin isn't a trading company or sourcing agent reselling capacity from someone else's factory — we own the CNC machining, mold making, injection molding, assembly, and painting capability directly in Shenzhen, and injection molding, warehousing, and assembly in Thailand — a direct line to the people who actually run the line.
Packaging, shipping, and in-house 3PL
An OEM/ODM partnership doesn't end when a part comes off the line. Fudakin runs packaging, quality assurance, and shipping in-house, with fulfillment partners in North America, Europe, and Asia — so a finished product can move from our production floor to a customer's doorstep without handing off to a separate logistics vendor. It's part of the same tariff-smart, diversified manufacturing approach behind our Thailand operation: concept to launch, minus the tariff pain.

What's the difference between OEM and ODM manufacturing?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we build your product to your design and specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we contribute to or lead the product design itself, alongside manufacturing. Fudakin works both ways — as a pure production partner on OEM projects, and as a design-and-build partner on ODM projects, depending on what a customer needs.
