ISO-certified management systems in Shenzhen

Shenzhen Fudakin Technology Co., Ltd. is certified to three ISO management-system standards by CTI Certification Co., Ltd., a CNAS-accredited certifying body and a member of the IAF multilateral recognition arrangement. All three were issued on the same date, May 22, 2025, and are valid through May 21, 2028:

• ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System
• ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational Health & Safety Management System

Read together, the three certifications say something specific: how the Shenzhen plant controls quality, how it manages its environmental impact, and how it protects the people working on the floor — verified by an outside, accredited body, not a claim we make about ourselves.

What the certified scope covers — and what it doesn't

Certification is scoped to a specific production address and a specific description of work — it isn't a blanket claim over every process or every product line. The certificates are issued to our Shenzhen production site. Our Bangkok, Thailand facility, which runs injection molding, warehousing, and assembly, sits outside that certified scope. If a program needs ISO-certified production specifically, plan for that work to run through Shenzhen, and ask us directly if you need to confirm how a particular part or process lines up with the certified scope.

We don't publish the certificate numbers here — we're glad to share full certification details directly with a customer who needs them for a supplier-qualification or compliance file. Email us and we'll follow up.

In-house testing lab

Fudakin's own ISO certification is one part of the quality picture. Separately, our in-house testing lab and ZEISS CMM inspection back up the parts we build — including running a customer's own certification testing requirements on their behalf, which is a claim about their product's certificate, not ours.

ZEISS CMM dimensional metrology

A ZEISS coordinate-measuring machine runs in our in-house quality lab, probing a physical part's actual geometry and comparing it point by point against the CAD model it was designed from — first article inspection, in-process spot checks, and final verification before a shipment leaves, all performed on the same floor as the processes it verifies. UV exposure and water ingress testing

Coatings and plastics that look right on day one can chalk, fade, or crack after months outdoors, and a sealed housing is only as good as its seams and gaskets actually hold up under water exposure. Both are tested in-house — UV exposure testing and water ingress testing — rather than left to be discovered in the field.

A full-time QC staff

The lab is staffed by a dedicated quality team running inspection and testing as their job, on the same schedule as production — not a task layered onto production staff between other work.

Running a customer's own certification requirements

A common question from a first-time buyer is whether their finished product can carry the certification their own market requires. We run a customer's own certification test requirements on their behalf as part of qualifying a production run, working from the standard the customer supplies. Building to your target market's standards

Different markets — the US, the EU, and others — set different requirements for the same category of product. We build parts and products to the standards a customer's target market requires, working from the specification the customer provides rather than assuming one standard fits every market.
