Fudakin works with product development as well as production. Customers work with us to take a consumer electronics concept from an early idea through a finished, manufacturable product, rather than arriving with a locked design and handing it off for a quote.

Concept to production
- 1. Concept — We start with your idea, however early — sketches, a rough spec, or a competitor product you want to improve on.
- 2. DFM Review — Design-for-manufacturability review catches tooling, material, and assembly issues before they become expensive to fix.
- 3. Prototyping — CNC-machined or 3D-printed prototypes let you hold, test, and iterate on the product before committing to tooling.
- 4. Tooling — Molds and fixtures are built in-house, so tooling decisions stay connected to the people who'll run production.
- 5. Mass Production — Injection molding, CNC machining, and painting run at full scale under the same quality process validated in prototyping.
- 6. Assembly — Electromechanical assembly brings enclosures, boards, and hardware together into a finished, tested unit.
- 7. Fulfillment — In-house 3PL and fulfillment partners across North America, Europe, and Asia move finished product to your customer.
Enclosures, assembly, and complex materials
Consumer electronics products depend on enclosures that fit tightly around what's inside, electromechanical assembly that holds up over years of use, and — increasingly — complex material combinations that a single-process vendor can't handle.
