Shenzhen runs injection molding, overmolding and two-shot, CNC machining, tooling, stamping, die casting, painting, sewing and assembly, plus the CMM and testing labs. Bangkok adds injection molding, warehousing and assembly.

Shenzhen is where Fudakin started in 1996 and where the company is headquartered. It is the full machine floor: molding, the tool room, the paint line, assembly, and the labs that check the parts, all in one place. A part can move from the mold to paint to assembly without going to another company.
