Overview

Fudakin runs CNC machining and injection molding as core capabilities, and a real product is rarely built from a single process. A bracket might be stamped, a housing die-cast, a frame laser-cut from tube stock, and the whole assembly painted, plated, and marked with a brand's logo before it ships. That full chain of processes runs under one company in Shenzhen (die casting in our plant and at a trusted partner shop nearby), so a buyer isn't stitching together five vendors to finish one product. Our Thailand facility then adds injection molding, warehousing, and assembly for programs that need a second production base.

The processes

  Stamped metal cut and formed through a die set: brackets, mounting plates, springs, clips, and panels.
• Die casting →
  Molten aluminum or zinc alloy pressure-injected into a steel mold: the metal equivalent of injection molding.
• Laser tube cutting →
  Holes, slots, and end geometry cut directly into round, square, or rectangular tube stock.
• Painting and coating →
  Multi-stage cosmetic finishing that turns a raw molded, machined, stamped, or cast part into a brand's finished product.
• Anodizing and plating →
  Electrochemical finishes for corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and color on metal parts.
• Powder coating →
  A durable, electrostatically applied dry finish for parts that need a tougher coat than wet paint.
• Printing and marking →
  Pad printing, screen printing, and laser marking: how branding and part identification land permanently on a finished surface.
